All work is paid in one full installment. Work begins only when a written agreement is sent via email with an invoice and after the invoice installment is paid. Depending on the complexity of the work it will take between one to two (1 - 2) weeks to complete. I (the artist) retain the right to decline a project. Both personal and commercial use will have access to process sketches, CMYK + sRGB .TIFF .PNG and .JPEG files via a DROPBOX link.

Personal Use; Custom digital paintings created for personal use and not intended for mass distribution or self promotion. (+ access to high resolution files for future printing for personal use. The paid artist still maintains the right to distribute and sell the piece freely.)

Commercial Use; Custom illustrations and designs intended for branding, logos, billboards, internet advertisement, or anything of that nature, (Commercial projects have a $200+ fee with certain rights granted)
